Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Gold Coast deliveries, which are made between 8am and 6pm.*

If you are missing a product from your order, please call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423.
Products which are in stock at your selected store will be ready for collection within 2 hours however if the stock is no longer available at that time of ordering we will be shipping from our warehouse to your selected store and are subject to standard delivery lead times. You will be notified via SMS and email when your order, or part of your order, is ready to collect. We will send you an email and SMS when your order is ready for collection at your nominated store.
If the store is unable to fulfill the order, it will be diverted to the nearest warehouse and the order will be shipped from our warehouse to your chosen Collection Store. The order will be delivered to the store but you are still able to pick up (collect) in-store.
If you would like to return an online purchase, please fill out a return application form. Once you have submitted your request online, you will be contacted within 2 business days by a customer service team member to advise you on the next steps.
Note: Any in-store purchases paid for with Cash, Afterpay or Zip cannot be returned through this process and must be returned in store.
Once your order has been paid for and processed, you are unable to cancel it. However, once you have received your order, you can return it to your local Officeworks store or call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423. Please see our Returns Policy for excluded items.
